- Implement communication work on internal social network Gapowork
- Specifically: organizing weekly training sessions and The Night Show, introducing and recognizing members with excellent achievements
- Support Planner and Project lead in HR issues when implementing multi-channel Digital Marketing projects for customers
Stage 3: Developing the human resources team
- Building and developing a Challenge - Creative - Future (C2C4F) culture for the organization
- Follow the development process of each member
- Remind and stop cooperating with members with poor performance
- Identify and nurture potential Planners and Project leads
- Proposing reward and warning policy
- Ensure the performance of all members
