1. Manage all production activities in the Shaping department according to the function of the department.
2. Strictly follow the assigned plan and schedule, ensure the achievement of quality goals, complete on schedule and control costs well.
3. Receive production order, raw material norm from Supervisor and effectively deploy to Shaping department
4. Deploy and execute production orders according to the set schedule and propose solutions to increase productivity in the shaping department.
5. Inspect and control product quality, production progress, and quotas for contracting supplies, raw materials, and labor at the Shaping stage.
6. Make daily and weekly plans for the department based on M3/day or product criteria.
7. Report on the daily production and labor progress of the Shaping department
8. Arrange the production line at the Shaping team so that it is suitable for each item and each order to ensure the set schedule and labor productivity.
9. Train and train, support workers on relevant technical issues during order production.
10. Manage assigned machinery, equipment, supplies, tools and raw materials.
11. Manage the norms of supplies and raw materials according to the allocated norms.
12. Comply and strictly follow the production process.
13. Inspect and supervise the implementation of occupational safety, fire prevention, 5S industrial hygiene at the workplace.
14. Check and monitor production hours during office hours, shift work hours, to avoid problems in the production process.
15. Evaluate and rank A, B, C, D for employees based on monthly labor capacity results of each employee of the Assembly department.
16. Perform a number of other jobs within the capacity and scope of work assigned by the Supervisor, Production Director or Planning Department
