Directly operating and managing the Company
- Formulate an operational strategy for the Company (including planning, directing the implementation and evaluating the strategy) to ensure the requirements assigned by the Parent Company in Korea;
- Set up the senior management apparatus and human resources apparatus for each department in the Company;
- Recruiting, training and operating an effective human resource apparatus, presiding over the construction of a process system in the entire Company;
- Carry out financial activities such as effective capital mobilization, use and control;
- Presiding over the development and implementation of operational plans throughout the Company to ensure the achievement of targets assigned by the parent company in Korea;
- Organize cultural and brand building activities for the Company
Requirements: - Qualification: Bachelor or above
- Major: University degree or above in finance, economics or other related majors. Knowledge of the field of manufacturing clothing, hats and textile products
- Language skills: Korean, English fluently 4 skills
- Working Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and operating a business
- Professional skills: Knowledge of the market and business law of the garment industry. -Soft skills: Management skills, Leadership, Assignment, Problem solving, Internal and external relations at all levels.
- Other personal qualities: Having a good personal brand, being flexible, proactive, responsible, able to withstand high pressure at work. A person who is delicate, patient, decisive, and adept at work
