Survey and plan work progress.
- Organize, deploy and supervise construction activities of the Project.
- Monitor progress, calculate volume, and control quality of project items to ensure design compliance
- Closely follow the progress of requests for materials to PTM, and urge materials to be brought in to meet project progress.
- Monitor and urge subcontractors to achieve efficiency and quality of work.
- Research design drawings, come up with optimal construction plans to carry out construction.
- Inspect, monitor and evaluate construction at the site. Solve problems that arise in terms of volume and technique in actual construction.
- Detect errors and give feedback to design consultants, warning of potential risks. Provide plans for modifications, additions, and improvements (if possible).
- Control work instruction documents, equipment operating instructions, inspection instructions; drawings, technical documents, and customer's technical requirements.
- Acceptance of construction volume and check settlement documents.
- Participate in consulting and preparing reports for construction projects.
- Coordinate with specialized officials to supervise labor safety, environmental sanitation, and fire prevention.
- Prepare electrical completion documents and support project settlement
- Other requests from department heads and direct managers
