JOB DESCRIPTION
- Representative of the General Director to contact, send and reply emails to foreign and domestic partners.
- Make payment request, invoice, send quotation for some projects (usually projects vs foreign partners).
- Drafting, translating documents, contracts English - Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Interpreting for the Board of Directors in meetings when required.
- Write meeting minutes in meetings of the board of directors when required.
- Drafting, editing, translating, archiving official letters, open letters (bilingual) to customers, partners, suppliers,....
- Monitoring, synthesizing and saving contract documents of projects.
- Check the content of documents before submitting to the CEO and stamping the company.
- Buy goods, arrange travel, accommodation, book tickets for the Board of Directors.
- Arrange and organize events and activities under the direction of the Board of Directors.
- Prepare, sign and send pre-bid documents to customers and partners.
- Work with insurance company to buy insurance for the project under the direction of the Board of Directors.
- Contact, meet, work directly with banks to provide documents and procedures for credits, bid guarantee, contract performance guarantee, guarantee guarantee for projects.
- Support the bidding department in the preparation of bidding documents.
- Support some marketing tasks such as updating company profile, updating website, creating ideas and designing publications, gifts...
- Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Qualification: Bachelor or above.
- Foreign language: English IELTS 6.0 or higher.
- Bright appearance.
- Age from 22 to 28 years old, fluent in communication, agile style, good health.
- Proficient in using internet, email, word, excel, power point.
- Ability to work independently and decisively.
