Job Description


Information processing:

  • Act as the Company's focal point for receiving/providing information and contacting external partners. Ensure a smooth and complete flow of information in all Company activities.
  • Acting as a focal point in transactions, answering phones, checking emails,... synthesizing, managing and arranging meetings and working with partners, state agencies,...
  • Receive, review and draft documents, reports, records and documents received from/or sent to other partners/departments in the Company.
  • Arrange and attend meetings inside and outside the Company when required (contact departments and partners to plan and arrange meeting time and location, notify relevant people and Prepare necessary documents, record information, opinions and decisions during the meeting).
  • Responsible for clearly understanding and reminding the Board of Directors about the work schedule (time, location, detailed work) when receiving the schedule from partners and according to the approved plan.
  • Translate documents, texts, and contracts of foreign partners in English and Vietnamese and draft response documents as required.
  • Perform interpretation function when working with foreign partners.
    1. Partner management and work supervision:

- Organize and implement work plans by month, quarter and year. Coordinate closely with Project Management Consultant, Supervisory Consultant and other construction contractors and partners

- Support the Board of Directors in managing and monitoring the quality and progress of work of partners, departments and individuals in the company according to the approved plan.

  • Manage payment information, monitor the implementation of contracts. Coordinate to make payments to foreign partners and contractors according to the Contract.
    1. Document storage:

- Update reports on the company's activities to promptly propose to the Board of Directors and coordinate with partners and support departments for necessary requirements;

  • Understanding of all types of papers, contracts, records, documents, drawings, and records related to the company's activities and projects.
  • Carry out the work of scientifically storing soft/hard files so that information can be quickly extracted when receiving requests from the Board of Directors.
  • Synthesize and transfer records, documents, and information promptly to partners and/or other departments under the direction of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Company Director.
    1. Build and maintain relationships:
  • Act as a connector in the relationships between the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors with partners and other personnel in the company.
  • Drafting documents, proposals, records, and official dispatches related to the Company's transactions with partners and state management agencies.
  • Synthesize information, prepare and send weekly/monthly work reports of the department.
  • Participate in the process of recruiting, training personnel, developing human resources and building Company culture according to actual requirements.
    1. Information security:
  • Responsible for ensuring absolute confidentiality of information related to all company activities, implementation projects, financial and personnel information of the company.
