Recruiting FASHION PRODUCTION ASSISTANT to work full time for fashion brand NUDIEYE.
NUDIEYE is a designer fashion brand that was born in 2018. Targeting middle - high class customers with luxury fashion taste.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support Designers to find fabrics, choose the right material in terms of price and design for each Collection (there are 3-4 Collections released every year).
• Negotiate the best price and purchase fabrics and sewing accessories at the request of the Designer.
• Ensure and take responsibility for the quality of fabrics and accessories and other products purchased on request: Check before buying to detect defects (if any), consult the Designer or workshop to make sure first. when making a purchase.
• Contact and work directly with Designers, garment factories, printing shops and related partners in the production and sales of NUDIEYE. IMPORTANT: MAKE an Excel TABLE that tracks progress, price, where to buy, quantifies, and MAKES the work done on time.
• Perform the remaining tasks required for the business of NUDIEYE (Printing, buying necessary items for the store, fixing things for customers,...).
• Other related tasks as required by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Age from 24-35, flexible working from 8:30 am - 17:30 pm, depending on the workload.
• Experienced in working in the field of Fashion, College education or above.
• Honest, diligent, quick-witted.
• Have a sense of responsibility with deadlines and assigned tasks, and a desire to devote to developing Vietnamese fashion brands.
• Think creatively, find new sources of ingredients, organize work and solve problems to create added value for the brand.
• Ability to work alone and in a team, good communication and quick response when needed.
• Able to use office computers (Words, Excel, Google Drive...).
• Have an easy, flexible means of transportation, not afraid to move.
