- Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment, training and human resource development plans.
- Develop Regulations on functions and duties of each unit, stipulate duties, responsibilities and powers of each position and title in the Company.
- Planning annual salary and bonus fund.
- Develop policies for promotion and replacement of personnel.
- Planning human resources to serve well for production, business and the company's strategy.
- Resolve labor disputes, problems and proposals of employees with the Company.
- Assigning tasks, inspecting, supervising and guiding employees of the HR Department to complete the assigned tasks.
- Organize periodical health check for employees every year.
*** Administrative work - Administration
- Develop regulations, make plans related to the use of assets and equipment of the company.
- Advise the Board of Directors to build a strategic organizational structure of the company.
- Advise and propose to the Board of Directors to handle issues in the field of Organization, Administration and Human Resources.
- Support other departments in human resource management and act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees in the Company.
