Mission
Oversee and control the activities of the customer service department, guide customer service staff to complete their tasks well
Responsible for planning annual customer care, and monitoring implementation according to the established plan
Implement and have a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual customer care action plan
Resolve customer inquiries/complaints that staff cannot handle. In case the problem is beyond control, you must immediately notify the Director of the Building Management Board for direction and resolution.
Responsible for reporting on customer service status, arising questions/complaints and problem resolution status, submitting to the Director of the Building Management Board on a daily, weekly and monthly basis according to regulations.
Update and understand the project's utility services and information about the project and related issues to quickly make timely corrections and provide them to customers.
Be available to answer customer questions and assist customers in ensuring their requests are fulfilled.
Responsible for handing over the house/apartment with all necessary papers, documents, and instructions to guests according to the process.
Responsible for working and guiding registration procedures for interior contractors.
Responsible for updating customer data information and Contract storage system.
Update complete information about the apartment complex to provide information accurately and quickly to customers when they request.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Report to the Director of the Building Management Board on cases of customer dissatisfaction, customer problems and propose solutions.
Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively according to regulations and instructions of the Management Board.
Assist in inspecting and preventing problems in different areas of the apartment complex and recommend solutions.
Participate in sales support programs and customer care programs.
Check handover books daily and promptly detect unusual problems.
Prepare weekly and monthly department reports including the following contents:
All guests entering and leaving the building (tenants' guests, delivery staff, contractors...)
Urgent requests from tenants have been processed
Summarize and explain in detail monthly expenses of the department
Perform other tasks assigned by the Director of Building Management Board.
