Job description

• Develop strategies, organize and implement business plans for tourism projects
• Take responsibility for assigned targets and plans
• Statistics, analysis, synthesis of team sales monthly, sending next month's task plan to management according to regulations
• Propose solutions to expand and develop the company's consulting and business activities
• Manage and assign work to team members
• Build a team of human resources in the team.
• Recruit, train, and guide new employees.
• Develop salary, KPI and bonus policy mechanisms for consultants.
• Report weekly and monthly on work progress to direct management.
• Make procedures, write training documents for the department.

Candidate requirements

WORKING TIME

• 7:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (1.5 hour lunch break) from Monday to Saturday morning

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University majoring in tourism, service, marketing, business,... or other related majors;
• Have experience and understanding of the tourism, hotel and accommodation services market
• Have worked in practical management of the sales department for 2 years or more, have at least 1 year of experience in a management position equivalent to a consulting team
• Ability to set strategic direction, establish and implement effective business plans
• Leadership, management and staff development capacity
• Job skills: building and developing negotiating and negotiating relationships; market analysis and risk assessment
• Responsible and able to work under pressure, perseverance and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in groups.

Right

• Income: upto 25 million/month
• Salary increase in the following months if job requirements are met.
• Receive 13th month salary + holiday bonus
• Working on holidays is calculated at 150% of salary.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and monthly parties
