Manage all business activities of the branch under the direction of the Director.
Main business lines: spices, Korean food O'food brand, MSG Miwon brand, and imported food products Chung Jung One brand
Management area includes 7 provinces: Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Dak Nong, Dak Lak
Develop strategies and operational plans for the branch, take responsibility for sales targets (orders), ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly targets are met
Manage the existing system of distributors/Agents, ensure that Agents/Npps operate in accordance with the Company's orientation, negotiate and exploit Agents/Npps with large scale and self-selling force. (There is no sales team of the Company, only managing the self-selling distributor system.
Manage the Leader team in the provinces, train & promote the Leader's negotiation ability, build a plan for each Leader of the regions
Responsible for maintaining and developing sales (orders) in the provinces under management, bringing business activities on schedule and in the direction of the Company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same position or more, preference is given to candidates with experience in the field of food and spices.
College/University degree in economics, business administration, commerce is an advantage
Have a B2 degree, have the ability to go to work
Have the ability to recruit personnel
Have professional knowledge & skills in FMCG
Sensitive, quick to solve problems & have foresight
