work content - Manage the debt collection operations team via phone according to management allocation
- Arrange and allocate employees' work schedules and perform timekeeping according to regulations
- Manage, monitor, and motivate team members to complete set KPIs
- Guide and improve skills and expertise for team members.
- Coordinate with direct and indirect managers to deploy contents related to debt collection operations
- Responsible for completing the service quality targets of the group in charge according to the regulations of the department and operations department.
- Evaluate, train, and recruit personnel according to department and company regulations.
- Periodically report daily/monthly/yearly the status of professional quality via phone, and personnel to direct management

- Experience: at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in one of the fields of finance and banking, debt collection, debt handling, and credit
