1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and administer the work of the HR department, ensuring the completion of the department's goals, functions and tasks.
- Build a system of regulations, processes, and regulations for the Company and monitor the compliance with those regulations.
- Build, draft and update sample forms related to the work of the HR department.
- Organize and operate related administrative activities: draft and manage documents, develop regulations on purchasing and using company assets and equipment, etc.
- Carry out internal communication work, build corporate culture and organize activities to motivate employees.
- Plan recruitment, training, and human resource development according to each stage of the company's development.
- Coordinate with Department Heads to build and ensure implementation of the Performance Evaluation System (KPI) and Employee Capacity Evaluation.
- Develop, implement and monitor the implementation of the system of Salary - Bonus - Welfare regulations for employees
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors

3. REQUIREMENTS
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Graduated with major in Human Resource Management, Office Administration,... or other related majors.
- Master the State's regulations on Labor Management, Labor Law, Insurance Law and documents related to professional work.
- Understanding of human resource management and development in businesses including: recruitment, training, remuneration policies, incentives,...
- Have planning and report writing skills; Communication and presentation skills; Interviewing and employee evaluation skills
- Proficient in office information technology Wold, Excel
- Withstand high work pressure.
- Ability to manage, supervise and coordinate work.
- Ability to establish relationships and handle conflicts within the organization.
WORKING TIME: from 08:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Saturday. Lunch break 12:00 a month (full time 2 Saturdays, 2 Saturdays off)
