HEAD OF HR ADMINISTRATION
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Administration and management of HR department.
- Develop strategy and plan for human resource development (recruitment plan, training plan, development succession plan)
- Advise and propose to the Board of Directors to handle issues in the field of Organization-Administration-Human Resources.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors of the Company
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Age from above
- University graduate majoring in economics and management.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position
- Deep understanding of specialized law
- Good management, planning, implementation and monitoring skills
