- Coordinate with department heads/goals to develop human resources in a timely manner according to actual needs
- Prepare and implement recruitment plans. Build and develop relationships with long-term recruitment sources. Actively search and develop the Company's recruitment network.
- Integration training, corporate culture training and coordination with department heads/external training units to organize professional training courses for departments.
- Develop documents, work processes and deploy and monitor implementation.
- Manage administrative work of the entire company.
- Report work periodically weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Perform other arising tasks as directed by the Board of Directors
