- Advise the Human Resources Director and General Director on the human resources organization and staffing in accordance with the company's development requirements.
- Manage the Human Resources Administration department, ensuring the completion of functions and tasks of the department including:
+ Combine with other departments to develop the organizational chart, functions and tasks, personnel planning, capacity framework, and periodic personnel evaluation;
+ Receive recruitment information from departments, compare with staffing in required positions, Make recruitment plans across channels;
+ Implement recruitment work: post jobs, receive, screen resumes, organize interviews and evaluate candidates;
+ Carry out procedures for receiving new personnel, Introducing new personnel;
+ Organize personnel training: labor management training, orientation training, advanced training, etc. to serve the long-term development needs of the Company;
+ Collaborate with outside organizations to organize employees for external training (if any);
+ Manage records and personnel information throughout the Company;
+ Receive documents containing information related to employees: sick notes, leave requests, etc., enter them into the time sheet, manage leave days throughout the Company;
+ Draft probationary contracts, labor contracts, resignation decisions for employees and other documents.

+ Report personnel periodically to state agencies and the Board of Directors when required
+ Collaborate with other Department Heads to evaluate the work performance of Company employees;
+ Resolve social insurance regimes, compare data with social insurance agencies, and make social insurance payments;
+ Develop salary and bonus regulations, performance evaluation regulations (KPIs), Company processes and regulations;
+ Collaborate with trade unions and administration to visit employees who are sick, pregnant, etc.;
+ Support colleges and HCs to build and organize cultural, artistic, sports and physical training movements and organize events, etc.;
