Make plans to promote sales to achieve company goals
Assign targets to sales staff, supervise implementation: sales, coverage, new selling points, focused products, new products,...
Monitor and find opportunities to open new sales points and product lines suitable for each customer group
Implement sales policy programs and display company product images
Regularly present in the market to understand customer needs
Training and coaching the team
Coordinate human resources recruitment for Supervisors, NVBHs, PGs
Support employees in solving daily problems: sales, service...
Other tasks are requested from direct management

Request:

Male/female from 27-35 years old, graduated from university/college or higher
2 years or more experience in distribution field (FMCG preferred)
Ability to plan, allocate work, and control the sales system.
Good communication, negotiation and negotiation skills;
Ability to train and coach subordinate staff;
Agile style, good health, honest, careful, able to withstand high work pressure.
