1. Job details:
- Planning to recruit, train and develop personnel according to regulations and meet the needs of the company;
- Monitor and supervise the implementation of policies, regulations and manage personnel-related activities and regimes, encourage employees to work: probationary period, labor contract, salary, bonus, etc. annual leave, personnel decisions, timekeeping, salary calculation, leave, social insurance;
- Develop and ensure the implementation of the performance evaluation system (KPIs) and employee capacity assessment, thereby advising the Board of Directors in human resource decisions;
- Advise the Board of Directors on salary and bonus policies in line with market trends and the company's development strategy;
- Planning to organize year-end parties, annual holidays, employee engagement activities in the company;
- Make monthly report for the company's headquarters
