- Advise, Develop policies, regulations and manage HR-related activities: Apprenticeship, probationary period, labor contract, salary, bonus, annual leave, personnel decision, contract labor contract, timekeeping, salary calculation, leave, etc.
- Consulting, building and deploying systems to ensure the good performance of management functions, effective assessment of human resources and creating a professional and effective working environment.
- Organize the completion of documents and procedures and contact the social insurance agency for employees to participate and direct the valid social insurance and health insurance regimes, monitor and comply with the law.
- Managing and operating the activities of Human Resources Administration in the company.
- Develop and execute recruitment plan. Implement projects to meet long-term and short-term needs of human resources.
