- Directly manage and supervise the activities of the daily debt reminding department, urging staff in a timely manner.
- Participate in supporting and coordinating personnel in the department to ensure efficiency and reasonable workload for the entire department, directly handling complex customer cases
- Participate in recruiting, training, coaching and supporting employees to improve their knowledge and work experience
- Participate in the development of scripts, processes and regulations related to debt reminder calls at the unit
- Early detection and notification, request for support to relevant units to ensure goods clearance, complete and stable system data for debt reminder calls
- Listen back and rate regular calls
