Develop strategies, plan enrollment, communications, and marketing for enrollment work
⦁ Implement detailed monthly/quarterly enrollment plans to ensure assigned enrollment targets
⦁ Carry out analysis of the market, competitors, and potential customers to advise the Board of Directors on enrollment work
⦁ Responsible for building relationships with organizations, schools, partners and collaborators to ensure a source of potential customers.
⦁ Manage and train a team of admissions consultants, communications, and marketing staff.
⦁ Report enrollment plans periodically and at the request of the Board of Directors.
⦁ Other tasks as required by the Company. Job details will be discussed further during the interview
