- Searching, consulting customers and selling real estate products of the Company
- Marketing online & offline to find and build customer relationships
- Taking care of current and potential customers.
- Acquire and improve product and market knowledge to advise closing customer contracts
- Market research and customer needs.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve common goals.
- Improve consulting skills, introduce products and company image to customers and partners in a professional manner.
- Basic salary 8.5 million (hard salary + allowance). Total salary to complete the target is up to 18 million/month
- Support 2 million marketing expenses for new employees
- Support for general marketing expenses up to 100%.
- Commission up to 2%/product, bonus monthly, quarterly, yearly,...
- Hot bonus up to 200 million. To be considered for an increase in basic salary every year.
- Food allowance for employees, fuel allowance for employees with cars.
