- In charge of developing communication programs, promoting BSH's brand/products on online channels and social networks (website, Fanpage, Youtube, Zalo, Forum, Blog, Google...)
- Based on the approved overall marketing plan, be responsible for developing the marketing plan and implementing the plan according to the assigned work content.
- Manage and be responsible for the brand image, media information posted on the main website and sub-websites (e-commerce website, payment, information search...), propose solutions for website development (increasing visit, ranking, time on site...)
- Planning and directly/supervising/coordinating the implementation of sales promotion programs through e-commerce channels, communication cooperation programs, cross-selling cooperation of combined products/services with partner.
- Use Digital Marketing tools to collect, analyze, statistics, market, brand, industry, competitor and report monthly.
- Develop content and scripts for Media publications (clips, TVCs, Videos, documentaries, animations, 3D images...)
- Brainstorm ideas, build/edit content, messages, choose suitable channels for each campaign, each stage of communication, promotion and advertising in the Online environment.
- Planning, analyzing, capturing trends and implementing / coordinating the implementation of Digital Marketing activities (SEO, SEM, Adword, Social Media, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing...) to build brand image BSH brand and product/service promotion
- Directly support and handle the requirements of members on issues within the functions and duties of the Marketing Department
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
