Processing
- Monitor and control revenue and expenditure, debt payment, salary payment, manage internal company revenue and expenditure documents, and tax accounting documents.
- Instruct accountants/Prepare and submit tax returns, tax finalization, statistics, and pay taxes in full and on time according to regulations.
- Prepare and submit labor declaration documents, salary scale, insurance registration, labor increase and decrease reports, maternity records, sickness records and other records related to labor - insurance - salary , labor statistics according to regulations.
- Organize the procurement of equipment, machinery, raw materials, stationery, and food according to the requirements of relevant departments. Contact the supplier to maintain and repair damaged equipment and machinery (if any).
- Monitor import and export of equipment, machinery, raw materials, and finished products.
- Explain and report to the board of directors on the situation of revenue and expenditure, profits, and debts monthly/quarterly.
- Other tasks related to the company's financial plan as directed by the Board of Directors.
