Processing
- Receive and deploy recruitment applications according to plan.
- Evaluate, screen and select students suitable for the application.
- Grasp the needs of applications and advise candidates on appropriate applications based on the conditions of aspirations, health, experience, capacity, etc.
- Monitor and support interview practice planning, and notify candidates of interview schedules
- Manage and update the status of candidates who passed and did not pass after the interview.
- Monitor and approach candidates regularly to share, advise and answer questions in a timely manner.
- Store applications and related documents according to regulations
- Report daily, weekly, monthly work
- Summarize and report the status of applications and the current number of candidates. Proposed plan (if any)
