Planning budget, selling expenses, balancing, adjusting in accordance with the defined distribution strategy, ensuring the goal of cost optimization, in order to grow more profits
Synthesize and analyze product market information and competitors in order to improve and timely adjust business programs and policies.
Building a system to control business activities; control risks and propose corrective/preventive/improvement measures.
Control, evaluate the process of deploying, developing the distribution system to offer remedial solutions.
Developing and implementing sales promotion and emulation measures in the entire system. Motivate junior staff. Recruiting, training, self-training
Provide timely solutions to support areas with problems during work implementation: human resources, agents, sales programs. Resolve and manage crises in business operations.
Control contracts with partners, monitor debt limit of each Distributor, warn and propose debt recovery solutions (if any need arises);
Coordinate with Marketing department to build, control product development strategy, brand identity.
