Project Management (50%)
+ Coordinate with other departments to implement projects according to the requirements of customers and the company has committed;
+ Check the project site to evaluate staff;
+ Solve problems arising during project implementation;
+ Evaluate activities after the project is completed;
+ Establish criteria for evaluating partner capacity;
Team Management (30%)
+ Recruitment, training, consulting and team development;
+ Be responsible for the performance capacity of project implementation staff;
+ Provide professional support and guidance to team members on how to implement programs and industry/product knowledge;
+ Support and advise on meaningful strategies to build and develop departments/companies;
Market Exploitation (10%)
+ Provide solutions and suggestions on risk avoidance with changing market information (salaries, new ways of working, competitor information);
+ Develop database system of large partners (Client, Supplier, Leader) & Database (HR Source, Location List, Rate-card) for Activation activities;
+ Regularly update new information about the market/industry knowledge, etc.
Make reports at the request of immediate superiors and propose suggestions to overcome and improve project efficiency (if any) (10%)
