● Plan and implement monthly, quarterly and annual Marketing Strategy (online and offline) through online channels (facebook, zalo, email...) for stores in the Ha Anh Shoes store system, attracting customers to buy directly at point of sale
● Manage and analyze sales, customer, and merchandise data to devise strategies, business plans, develop social media channels, manage advertising budgets, and optimize FB Ads campaigns
● Identify and exploit new marketing channels to expand the market
● Analyze the market and competitive trends, make short-term and long-term market forecasts
● Build and manage the Marketing team, ensuring the Marketing team's working process achieves maximum efficiency.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
● Education level: Graduated from college or university majoring in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent fields.
● Female. At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position
● Proficient in reading, analyzing, and creating digital reports.
● Have skills in market analysis and risk handling
● Logical thinking, strategic mind, able to travel on business
● Priority has been given to having worked at retail and fashion chains.
REMUNERATION POLICY
● Income: negotiable
● Year-end bonus: 1- 3 months of income
● The company pays for 100% of internal/external courses
● 12 days annual leave
