• Searching for suppliers (NCC), products served according to the plan or business requirements of the Company.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain department to plan purchases.
• Negotiate prices, quality standards and commercial terms (delivery method, delivery time, payment terms...)
• Find out about products, product prices, general ground assessment to choose the right NCC
• Coordinate with production department, QA/QC to Audit NCC factory to assess production capacity, product quality, factory size... to select the most optimal NCC.
• Make a Principle Contract with NCC after reviewing the complete application.
• Plan, directly purchase goods according to the approved list of requirements with guaranteed quality and the most economical cost. Place purchase orders (PO) to send to NCC, track delivery and payment progress.
• Manage contact information, NCC history: contact person, email, phone, debt status, import price history
• Track the price of raw materials (NVL) each month. Plan to negotiate prices and debts with NCC every 6 months.
• Establish close relationship with NCCs to closely monitor price changes and promotional policies to update timely buying and selling prices.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly expenses and send them to the Accounting Department
• Gather and manage invoices, warehouse receipts, POs... to make payment records to send to the Accounting Department.
• Coordinate with Finance - Accounting Department to make payment and settlement.
• Other tasks as required by the Head of Department.
