- Answer the phone at the operating room
- Consulting and designing tours according to customer requirements.
- Actively seek and expand the source of customers, perform customer care.
- Coordinate with Accounting, Operations, Marketing departments in defining and developing the company.
- Order services and monitor services of partners and suppliers
- Handling situations arising during the operation such as vehicles, guides...
- Manage, supervise and arrange tour guides
- Resolve supplier and customer inquiries and complaints
- Responsible for operating domestic and international tours according to assigned markets or managed clients.
- Negotiate prices to build a competitive pricing system
- Perform liquidation and settlement of tour contracts
- The jobs arise at the request of the Board of Directors, within the professional capacity.
- Report daily work to superiors
