JOB DUTIES Develop and implement recruitment plans
Human Resources Administration staff are responsible for synthesizing opinions and needs of departments.
Prepare a recruitment plan to submit to the Head of Department.
Post recruitment posts, screen candidates' profiles.
Coordinate with relevant departments to select suitable candidates.
Send notices and draft labor contracts to successful candidates.
Evaluate results in reports submitted to department heads.
Guide and introduce new employees to the company's human resources policies and regulations.
Organize and implement training plans
Make a training plan for each employee based on training needs and submit it to the department head.
Select and contact training facilities based on recommendations.
Supervise training programs, help employees as well as construction teams improve their working skills.
Operate and update the salary, bonus and remuneration system
Summary of working days; Calculate salaries, bonuses and other benefits for employees, send them to the accounting department for checking.
Follow up and update the system on changes in employee compensation.
Support the department head in planning annual salary with approval from the board of directors.
Comply with regulations on health insurance and social insurance and quickly complete procedures to participate and enjoy employee benefits.
Build, monitor and evaluate the management system
Participate in construction to perfect the management system.
Inspect and urge units to implement the management system according to the proposed plan.
Require units to complete forms and documents if necessary.
Monitor, manage and update personnel records
Continuously monitor changes in personnel.
Periodically declare, make statistics and prepare analysis reports on human resource utilization for the department head to submit to the board of directors for approval.
Draft documents to change jobs, salaries, rewards, sanctions and termination of labor contracts.
Perform other tasks as directed
Participate and complete projects within assigned functions and duties as required.
Disseminate regulations and answer questions and complaints related to employees.
Create good relationships and internal solidarity.
Be conscious of protecting assigned assets, equipment, machinery and documents.
Do not disclose confidential information and technological know-how of the company.
