Job description:

Welcome customers

Lead customers to shelves and recommend items based on their needs.

Provide product information to advise customers. Assist customers in choosing products and suggest related products

- Receive information about products and goods

Receive goods from the warehouse department. In many places, the sales staff is the one who directly checks the goods.

Check the packaging status and expiration date of the product

Record information about goods such as quantity sold, imported, status of goods...

Monitor goods status. Report to superiors if any problems occur and find timely solutions.

Understand information about each type of product (name, price, current promotions, appropriate storage method...)
