1. WORKING LOCATION
The company is located at: 116 PHAM VAN DONG, HIEP BINH CHANH Ward, City. THU DUC (near Gigamall Thu Duc)

2. WORKING TIME
- From: 08:30 - 18:00, OFF SUNDAY

3. PERSONAL AWARENESS:
- Income: 10mil up (base salary + unlimited commission)
- Probation: 2 months, receive 100% salary
- Full welfare regime: social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, ....

4. WORK CONTENTS:
- Make phone calls according to the available data.
- Update call history, customer information on the system.
- Search and verify customer information
- Consulting, Supporting, answering customer's questions to ensure the recovery of overdue loans as committed by customers.
- And some other tasks as assigned by management

5. CONDITIONS:
- Degree: high school graduate or higher. (No experience will be trained)
- Male/Female, age 18 and up
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in banking and financial institutions.
- Working time: Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 am to 18:00 pm (Closing Sunday)
- Good problem solving and persuasion skills.
- Skills in using office computers and email at work.
- Dynamic, hard-working, with good communication skills over the phone.
