- Recruitment of personnel:

+ Conduct searches and propose effective recruitment channels to recruit

+ Build a diverse recruitment source from internal referrals, Collaborators, Freelancers, and Teams

+ Implement recruitment work including preparing job posting information and selecting channels

+ Building a Capacity Framework
+ Measure recruitment index, evaluate recruitment effectiveness & costs
- Internal training:
+ Develop the Company's internal training plan weekly, monthly and quarterly
+ Build human resource experience and company culture
+ Support other tasks related to the HR department.
Requirements: Female, 21 - 30 years old
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience
