Hỗ trợ người thuê gửi và thu thập số liệu doanh thu bán hàng. (10%)

2. Hàng ngày kiểm tra số liệu doanh thu và cập nhật vào hệ thống. (25%)

3. Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến hoạt động của khách thuê như thẻ hoàn tiền, lỗi máy rút tiền, lỗi máy tín dụng… (10%)

4. Thường xuyên kiểm tra để đảm bảo các quy định và quy trình của công ty được thực thi. (5%)

5. Đảm bảo thanh toán cho người thuê và tiền đặt cọc được thanh toán đầy đủ theo đúng thời hạn. (5%)

6. Chịu trách nhiệm về các giấy tờ liên quan đến việc thay đổi hợp đồng thuê nhà như thông báo, chấm dứt hợp đồng, thanh lý… (10%)

7. Hướng dẫn, đào tạo cho nhân viên bên thuê cách sử dụng máy, quy trình đóng, lập hồ sơ liên quan. (5%)

8. Xử lý yêu cầu của khách hàng nếu có. (15%)

9. Cung cấp các báo cáo định kỳ theo quy định kế toán và yêu cầu của ban lãnh đạo. (5%)
