Job Description

  • Planning and scheduling:
- Main contact point for both arrangements with visitors/ clients/ related- project Damen colleagues.
- Plan and schedule poper routes for drivers (both internal and external) at cost-saving manner.
- Check and follow up all request for car arrangements.
- Monitor car maintenance schedule periodically.
  • Administration:
- Support manager to prepare the budget and forcast for administration costs.
- Audit the cleaning activities.
- Oversee the weekly car usage schedule.
- Ensure that the drivers are following handbook rules.
- Monitor and prepare payments for car rental costs for subcontractors including Grab and Taxi.
- Monitor expenses and prepare payments for car- related for drivers.
- Monitor and make payment for car insurance policies.
- Monitor drivers both internal and external.
  • Other tasks:
- Complete other assignments requested by managers
The Damen Song Cam Shipyard (DSCS) is located in Haiphong City, Thuy Nguyen district in Vietnam. Construction of DSCS started in August 2011, and the first phase of the three-phased shipyard development project was officially commissioned in March 2014.DSCS is owned by Damen Shipyards (70%) and Song Cam Shipyard (30%), a subsidiary of Shipbuilding Industry Group Vietnam (Vinashin).
