Job description
1. Credit processing
Drafting, accounting and controlling credit applications for large corporate customers to ensure compliance with approval resolutions and internal regulations of VP Bank.
Process credit applications to ensure SLA standards and internal customer satisfaction
2. Compliance
Ensure no risk loss in operation
Ensure compliance with VPBank's policies and procedures and legal regulations
3. Service quality
Ensure that the activities provided by us meet high customer service standards, in accordance with the standards and quality of the entire product.
Improve SLA rate and internal satisfaction index
4. Report
Report credit processing records and SLA compliance to management
Other reports as assigned by management
Transfer the issues related to credit processing, credit policy to the Head of Department/Head of Department
Job requirements
Education level: Bachelor's degree
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in credit control in the corporate sector or at least 2 years of experience in credit operations at a financial institution
