- Draft, update, and organize the implementation of regulations and regulations of the Human Resources Department/Company: Labor regulations, timekeeping regulations,...
- Order stationery, refill ink for printers and photocopiers, create express delivery orders, order drinks and fruit when guests arrive, call for office equipment repairs as requested by departments and factories.
- Call to refill printer ink as requested by the departments, the factory sends the machine out for repair
- Monitor and distribute VP uniforms according to regulations.
- Manage and receive official dispatches, letters, request papers, documents or documents transferred to the company, resolve documents within their authority, and archive documents.
- Manage seals, affix stamps and record stamped sales contracts in the book.
- Monitor and manage documents related to salaries and bonuses of Hanoi Office personnel.
- Monitor and make requests to pay for grocery shopping for Hanoi office staff kitchen
- Payment of office expenses incurred.
- Check debt + Pay bills with some suppliers
2- Human resources
- Timekeeping, salary calculation for Hanoi office block and part of the factory's outside expenses, have understanding of 3P salary, labor contract
- Support issues related to Social Insurance Procedures: notice of increase, notice of decrease in labor, finalization of numbers, labor contracts,... for HN Office personnel.
- Participate in building and completing rules and policies according to the direction of superiors
- Answer employees' questions about Human Resources related issues.
- Participate in organizing sick visit, maternity, union, and company benefits activities (Make a list of gifts for Tet, Children's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, distribute sugar, organize staff parties, etc. ..)
- Post recruitment ads, screen personnel profiles, schedule interviews, and participate in interviews.
- Announce on the VP of Affairs group, popularize regulations, train internal rules for new personnel, manage and answer questions about personnel records, salary and bonus regimes, and social insurance
- Prepare a handover record of assets, documents, job offer letters, and resignation letters related to personnel (new personnel/resigning personnel).
- Carry out procedures and tasks related to personnel evaluation (probation expiration, probation evaluation,...)
