Senior Client Manager - De La Sól (Life Portfolio Manager) Senior Customer Service Department is the first client-facing position in a life insurance company's trusted and premium customer service center. Sun Life Vietnam. Provide customer service to Sun Life's current and potential VIP customers.
Life Portfolio Manager 's daily activities include:
1. Sales:
· Search and expand the source of potential customers.
· Designing and consulting the company's financial - insurance plans to optimize for customers with modern technology support tools (SunPortal).
2. Customer Service (Customer Service):
· Assist in completing insurance claim documents to help customers in a dedicated and professional manner.
· Welcome customers, receive opinions and support customers to do insurance benefits settlement services at Sun Life premium service center (Customer services).
3. Branding (marketing to build personal and company image):
· Participate in and support the construction of seminars and workshops for high-class customers organized by the Company.
· Build personal brand and combine with departments to bring the best service experience to customers.
4. Admin tasks
· Report sales results, customer care.
