- Assess customers' needs and financial situation to advise them on the most suitable insurance packages.
- Monitor insurance claims to ensure the interests of both parties.
- Ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction goals.
- Continuously update and learn new knowledge in the industry, services, and new insurance products.
- Complete all terms and requirements in the insurance contract.
Candidate Requirements
- Male/Female age, currently not working at any life insurance company nationwide.
- Proficient in using Smartphone & PC/Laptop.
- Have a progressive spirit, eager to learn, honest.
- Having worked in a sales/business position, Telesales, customer care is an advantage.
- Spend at least 2 hours/day to attend basic and specialized training courses on insurance within the first 2 months.
- Qualities required:
