Job details
- Developing customers, finding new customers and maintaining good relationships with existing customers;
- Guide and advise customers on how to trade goods at the Company;
-Receiving dossiers and assisting customers to open trading and escrow accounts in accordance with regulations of the Commodity Exchange of Vietnam (MXV);
- Synthesize and update information, analyze the derivatives trading market on the international commodity market daily for customers. Provide technical analysis signals, support market information and buy and sell orders for customers. Consulting investment strategy for customers;
- Take care of customers regularly, support to answer questions, advise and solve customer requests in each transaction session;
- Contribute ideas, develop policies, financial products to meet the needs of customers
- Market survey, business development plan to achieve assigned targets;
- Participate in training sessions on consulting knowledge and technical analysis, taking care of investors.
