Build and Operate KPI management system/program
- Develop regulations and KPI policies applicable to Departments and Individuals.
- Prepare analytical reports and evaluate KPI implementation results of Departments and Individuals
- Develop, deploy and summarize the results of the performance emulation program for Departments, Individuals and the entire Company
- Communicate and guide the set of KPI indicators to relevant individuals and departments.
- Summarize and evaluate the results.
- Participate in Research on New Methods to evaluate, measure and analyze Performance indicators
Manage performance results
- Perform tracking and synthesis of Performance Results. Notify individuals, relevant departments and Human Resources Department as a basis for salary calculation
- Carry out analytical reports and evaluate the suitability of performance results with business results. From there, warnings and indicators can be adjusted accordingly
- Propose solutions to improve work quality and minimize fraud in recording KPIs results
- Propose adjustments to mechanisms and methods for evaluating and recording KPIs results
Participate in building and adjusting performance compensation mechanisms
Other missions
- Support the general work of relevant Departments regarding Operations and Participate in Setting Goals for Departments
