- Negotiate with Agents/Distributors to achieve the target
- Exploiting new self-selling agents, expanding markets, boosting sales
- Ensure Agents/Npps operate in accordance with the Company's orientation, have the ability to communicate and negotiate with Agents/Npps.
- Monitor competitors' business activities, clearly grasp the strengths/weaknesses of the management area, make plans for improvement
