• Employee management, work shift arrangement, daily employee attendance
• Training and guiding employees
• Daily revenue report
• Coordinate with upper management and employees to implement preferential sales programs
• Monitor and report problems related to store maintenance
• Consulting and sales, gaining product knowledge
• Preserving goods, checking inventory, selling and returning
• Displaying goods according to the company's regulations
• Update promotional information to advise customers
• Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
Request
• Male / Female, age 26 to 35, Good health.
• Graduated from Intermediate level or higher majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce…
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in using MS. Office.
• Good communication, negotiation and complaint settlement.
• Good teamwork, coaching and motivating skills.
• Experience in the field of blankets or consumer goods retail chain is an advantage.
