*Job requirements
* Fully update and understand the legal regulations and policies to carry out the auction work in accordance with the order and provisions of the law.
* Make plans and be responsible for implementing the company's auction documents and projects.
* Coordinating the development and implementation of business plans, brand development plans of the Company.
* Consulting, directly receiving asset auction documents; Create, update and store customer records.
* Drafting asset auction documents; Prepare for the auction.
* Administer the auction (required for the position of Auctioneer).
*Specialization required
* Graduated or currently studying at a University or College majoring in Law, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages, Commerce...
* Possessing an Auctioneer practicing certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice (required for the position of Auctioneer).
* Knowledge of property auction law and related laws.
* Experience working in the auction industry, legal field, real estate, understanding of the auto/antiquities market, art is an advantage.
* Agile, skillful in handling situations, able to express and persuade customers.
* Able to work independently and in a team, creativity, enthusiasm, dynamism, responsibility and can withstand high pressure at work.
* Having a vehicle, laptop, phone, and driving a car fluently is an advantage.
* Proficient in using computers, good office skills.
* Willing to travel as required.
