- Record unusual signs, parameters, and symptoms in the patient in the medical record.
- Strictly follow the treatment orders of the on-duty doctor.
- Visit, examine and care for patients according to the doctor's treatment regimen.
- Maintain cleanliness of procedure rooms and accommodation rooms.
- Check and implement examination schedules, infusion schedules, medicine distribution schedules... for patients every day.
- Regularly check the maintenance and use of medical equipment and report to direct management.
- Report to the on-duty doctor/head nurse any unexpected situations regarding the patient's health condition.
- Hand over and record full duty records before the end of the shift.
- Strictly implement medical ethics regulations, regularly encourage patients to feel secure in treatment.
