Job Description - Manage cashbook
- Preparing internal reports as company requirement
- Checking and prepare payment to staffs, suppliers
- Prepare and submit the required documents relating to register the PIT code for employees, the dependent's information
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
- Control and checking timesheet for payroll calculation
- Control company's equipment and assets in good condition
- Follow up stock in and out, be responsible for stationery and equipment balance
- Prepare all necessary procedure for new/resign employee
- Support other assignments in department when having requirements
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
Requirement - Female, Male under 29 years old
- College/university graduated in Finance, Accounting, Law
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office as word, excel, power point
- English intermediate
- At least 1 year of experience with those tasks
- Have knowledge IT fields (Plus point)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work efficiently and multi-tasking
Salary: Max 14M Gross
Working schedule: Office Monday - Friday, 8hH (lunch break 12h-13h30)
