Job Description

Work content:
- Set goals, development direction and bring business revenue of the company.
- Planning the business strategy of the company
- Manage, participate in recruiting and training staff to ensure human resources of the sales department.
- Research, find new markets and customer needs

Job requirements

- Having more than 3 years of working experience as Sales Manager or similar positions
- Graduated from university with majors related to Economics, Business Administration
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience as Sales Director in the fields of garment, fabric, accessories, shoes, sandals and bags.
- Fluent communication in English and Korean
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in working with customers of brands such as: VICTORIA'S SECRET/PINK/WALMART/ UNIQLO
- Must have working experience related to strategic planning and business development and operation
- Good organization and time management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding and having in-depth knowledge of human resource management, setting up and applying the evaluation process
