1.Manage production activities to meet the planned objectives:
- Build and adjust the production process to suit each development condition and time
- Planning production supervision: all stages from the time of making the iron frame to the time the goods are shipped to the container
- Implement production plan: Responsible for coordinating all stages of production activities: Receiving and deploying orders, manufacturing iron frames, painting frames, moving to knitting, synchronizing raw materials, importing - checking - finishing – preserving – packing – exporting finished products….
- Manage the production schedule of the factory to meet the delivery schedule
- Adjust the action plan and coordination method between departments to meet the needs of each order
- Guiding and directing to overcome problems arising during production operation
- Proposing innovative solutions for production processes to increase productivity and minimize costs
- Manage, search and develop knitting nests, suppliers
2. Quality management ensures that all products meet the quality standards prescribed by the Company and according to the standards of customers
- Develop and approve quality management standards for the factory
- Strictly control product quality at all stages in the production process
- Measures to handle product quality problems through detection of manufacturing defects and customer feedback
- Responsible for applying and maintaining ISO quality system, and audits from customers
3. Manage warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, science and appropriate inventory levels
- Control the operation plan of the warehouse department
- Control the accuracy of import and export activities
- Ensure warehouse operations to respond promptly to production and business activities of the company on the basis of establishing an appropriate minimum inventory level.
- Control excess material loss and provide appropriate solutions to overcome effectively
4. Operational management of occupational safety and productivity
- Ensuring labor safety, equipment safety, fire prevention throughout the factory
- Manage employee attitudes towards all stages in order to improve productivity and work efficiency. Maintain and improve sanitation in all areas.
- Propose and direct the implementation of standard procedures for maintenance and repair of equipment, materials and workshops.
5. Organize training to improve management resources
- Planning periodic training on skill improvement, vocational training, system management for key positions in production and craft villages.
- Team building, training successor employees
- Coordinate with human resources department to develop appropriate reward and discipline policies for factory employees
