- Participate in training courses organized by the Company to firmly grasp the necessary skills for the job.
- Posting jobs and sourcing candidates to meet recruitment requirements.
- Receipt of applications, screening of satisfactory applications and appointment of interviews, receipt of applications, preliminary interviews of candidates.
- Report to the Head of Department the documents that meet the requirements for the preliminary interview and arrange the interview schedule.
- Follow up and complete recruitment procedures with qualified candidates.
- Perform related administrative tasks and other support for new employees.
